Bike festival 14. Juni 2008
Over eighty riders had a great day for the 4th Annual
Etoile Education Bike Ride, Saturday 14 June 2008. Thanks kids and
parents for joining
in and raising over 1,500 Euros.
Congratulations
to Kaman Martin (4E) for raising the most sponsorship money and winning
the EuropaPark tickets.
Congratulations to Clara Braun (2D), winner of the tombola – a
NEW BIKE!.
The weather cooperated providing a bright, beautiful day to pedal through
Karlsruhe and the Waldstadt.
Special thanks go to everyone at the school - in particular to Eugene
Vooreman and Elio Sanzillo - for all the hard work and support, the
Belgians for the food and beverage stand (Happy Birthday to Audrey
Dujardin 3F OS), the ESK PA, the generous sponsorship of LuK - “Gearing
up for tomorrow”, Societé Générale for loads
of prizes and to Weinerberg Bricks – “Building Value”
for donating the T-shirts designed by Thierry Quere.
